Delete your Pawtner data

The quickest way: open Pawtner, go to Settings → Delete my data, and confirm. The app erases everything on your phone and asks our servers to delete:

• the pets you made in Pet Studio, with their photos, drawings, animations and sounds;
• your Friends profile, friend code and inbox (you're also removed from your friends' lists);
• the heirlooms linked to your install.

Don't have the app any more? Email the developer email on our Google Play listing and include your friend code (if you used Friends) and/or your Pet Studio pet's name and roughly when you made it. We'll delete the same data within 30 days and reply when it's done.

What we keep: minimal purchase records (a scrambled purchase token, the product, the order ID), where the law requires it and so the same purchase can't be used twice. They aren't linked to your pets or friends once your data is deleted. Subscriptions aren't cancelled by deleting your data: manage them in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions.
